How noisy can it be on Princess highway and President ave intersection?

Hi Friends,
Inspected a unit on the President Ave and Princess highway intersection, when open the balcony door, it's bit noisy but inspected it on a lockdown weekend, maybe it gets worse during weekdays? Any idea how bad it can be?
I have another doubt because it's located by the Princess Highway, can it be concerning for the general health of a newborn child?
Thanks

It’s not suitable for a newborn child, we’ve been living in this apartment for almost a year and my 2 years old child still wakes up every time she hears a loud noise, also the building always smells food and sometimes the smell enters my unit it’s awful, also the building full of cockroach it comes from under the floor it’s disgusting, can’t wait till the lease end so i can move out .

Hi Sarahma, are you talking about the building 24/173-179 Princess Highway, Kogarah full of cockroach and very noisy?

Kogarah used to be a nice area for living back to 10 years ago. However, the dynamic has changed in the recent years. It has become a very noisy, poor cleanliness and terrible odour in many residential buildings.
