"Interesting, leafy street with loads of transport options"
A client recently bought a unit in this street, and what we really loved about it was that it wasn't "Unitville", unlike many streets in Dulwich Hill... One side of the street has beautiful houses from many different eras, and you can tell the street is mostly owner occupied, as every home is extremely well maintained.
The neighbours are very friendly, and its positioned between Dulwich Hill & Hurlstone Park train stations, making transport so easy.
A great investment, as rentals are always in demand, and its very affordable for home owners looking for a large block and home to raise a family.
