"Central location with leafy streets"
This street is in an excellent location, centrally located tot he heart of Blackburn, although as it is very green and close to some many reserves, you cannot help feeling that you are away from the busier street and shopping strips.
Walking distance from the Blackburn train station, cafes, local IGA supermarket and other independent shops and reserves such as Funess and Kalang park.
It is only a minutes drive to Blackburn lake, St Thomas Apostle Primary and Blackburn Primary, you will not be disappointed living in this green convenient location. The rental and sales prices are priced on the higher side of the market due to how appealing this street as it is a perfect life style choice.
