Hi Connor,
Being a local Real Estate Agent i know Kincumber very well. Scaysbrook Drive, Kincumber is a lovely street that provides an abundance of home owners, few investment properties and the wonderful facilities Brentwood Village has to offer- A massive, well run retirement village. I personally know alot of people who live on Scaysbrook Drive and many who live in Brentwood Village and all have really good things to say about it.
My overall opinion is that it is a well maintained, quiet street that is hidden away but easily accessible.
