Tingira Heights, NSW 2290

I have lived here for 8 years, it is a decent suburb in Lake Macquarie council. There is a fair swathe of bush about, proximity to Lake Macquarie Fair for general shopping and 5min drive down to the surprisingly clean and fish a plenty Lake. The beach at Redhead is a 10min drive where I enjoy walking my dog off leash. Rates are favourable at $417/quarter for my 3 bedroom house. I am not one for crowds and have seen no adverse overdevelopment in my time here. The trip into Newcastle even at peak times is virtually traffic free and other times moving about is hassle free. There are also public buses but I have never used them. If you were to catch the train to Sydney that is quite a pain and time consuming.
