Looking for a home in Trafalgar?

"A Family Friendly Country Town"

Trafalgar is a country town in the West Gippsland region of Victoria located 124km south-east of Melbourne (between Warragul and Traralgon). The township includes a railway station with service lines to Melbourne and Traralgon, local cafes, an IGA supermarket, pharmacy, health clinics, hairdressers, a public hall, banks, a hotel and pub, St Marys Church of England, Holden museum, and more.

As at December 2019, 78% of residents in Trafalgar are owner occupiers and the average length of property ownership is 10 years. Median sales price has seen an increase of 7.81% in the past 12 months.

A popular destination for first home buyers, investors and downsizers, with households predominately comprising childless couples however with rapid growth this is seen to be changing. The suburb has three schools, St Joseph’s primary school, Trafalgar primary school and Trafalgar high school. Schools in surrounding areas also offer bus services providing your family needs with more options.
