Reviews of Trinity Way, Oakden

"Relatively new street in an established area"

Trinity Way in Oakden is one of the newer streets in Oakden. Many of the houses have been built in the last ten years and have been very well maintained. While it is one of the newer streets, the houses and land sizes are slightly larger than the rest of Oakden.

It forms part of a loop street that runs off Sir Ross Smith Boulevad and so has no through traffic. The traffic is limited to local traffic. As most of the people on the street have young children the road users show a much greater care in drving than experienced on many other streets.

Trinity way is not far from different bus routes that connect to the obahn or run directly into the city. However, for some the walk to the bus stop for the fastest bus route may be considered too far. However, the additional walk means a shorter bus ride. You could be in the city in 30 minutes.

Trinity way is only 12km from the GPO and as a result the trip into the city is quite fast. The trip into the city by car will take 20-25 minutes during peak hour traffic and even less when there is little traffic.

Trinity Way is close to a number of parks and playgrounds that are of good quality. A five minute walk (15 with a toddler) is Regent gardens where there are two playground, two full size free access tennis courts, a full size basketball court, an undercover entertaining area (the Dairy) and bike and walking trails.

Trinity Way is also close to the Northgate shopping centre which is within walking distance, and Greenacres shopping centre which involves a short drive. Within a short drive there are a number of other shops including, Tea Tree Plaza, Golden Grove, Ingle Farm, the city, and Newton.

Cyclists will also like Trinity Way as it is an easy ride into the city and provides easy access to a number of bike tracks around Oakden and the surrounding areas.

Part of Trinity Way backs up against Trinity College. However, there is little to no noise from the school and no litter. So even during school periods the street is quiet and peaceful.

With so many young families, this is a great street with a real community feel.
