Reviews of Tyne Street, Box Hill North

"Really peaceful street in Box Hill North"

I’ve rented in and around Box Hill North for the last few years and my current place on Tyne St takes the cake. There’s plenty of parks around for my little ones to run around in and the new ELC on Tyne St is very convenient!

"Genuinely the best positioned street in Box Hill North"

I live just off Tyne St and absolutely love the location. It’s close to the centre of Box Hill without the hustle and bustle. I’ve lived in Box Hill South previously and the train noise there is too loud. On Tyne St, it’s literally unheard.

"Best street in Box Hill North"

Tyne St is perfectly positioned in Box Hill North because it’s far enough away to avoid the traffic from the nearby Hospital, Schools and Box Hill Central. However, the placement of the street means every single amenity Box Hill has to offer is within walking distance, making it an ideal street to live in.

"The heart of a golden grid"

Tyne street is perfectly located in the part of Box Hill North that should really be considered Box Hill. Most of the street is zoned for Box Hill High School and all of it for the prestigious Kerrimuir Primary School. Meanwhile, you're a stones throw away from the great shops on Trawool St and Station St, as well as walking distance to Box Hill Gardens and Box Hill Central. One of the best spots Box Hill North has to offer.

"Fantastic street with great connections to the best the suburb has to offer"

We moved to Tyne St 6 months ago and have absolutely loved it. The street is walking distance to Box Hill Central and the Gardens, a quick 5 minute drive to Westfield Doncaster and a stones throw from local restaurants like the up and coming T17 Pizzeria. We could not be happier with the location!

"Grew up here as a child, moved back as an adult!"

My family lived in this street when we we first moved to the suburb. As an adult, my husband and I ended up buying our first home in the street because it’s still near the heart of it all. Really love the location.

"A quiet street that’s central to it all"

I have lived on Tyne St for the last 28 years and have seen my whole family grow up on it. My kids used to walk to the nearby school and my grandkids love visiting the local park.

"Arguably the best street in Box Hill North"

Tyne St is central to the best parts of Box Hill North. Within walking distance to Box Hill Central and moments from the freeway. Within top school zones (Kooning SC & Kerrimuir PS) and has plenty of greeenery. Best part of the street is the Tyne St/Clyde St precinct with its original period homes and native Australian trees.
