"Unley - Blue Chip Locale"

You are an enviable location 2km (app) from the CBD, 100m from Unley Road and close to all key amenities including the Unley Shopping centre and the café/ restaurant precincts on Unley Road and Duthy Street.

You will love the convenience of enjoying a morning coffee at the Duthy Street Deli or a scrumptious pie at the Pat A Cake Bakery, the famous Unley bakery. You also have the Foodland Frewville, twice awarded the World's best supermarket a 4min drive away.

Buses to the City are easily accessible on Unley Road and Duthy Street. Schooling options are numerous including zoning for Glenunga International High School or Unley High School depending on where you are situated in the suburb. You are in walking distance to the iconic Unley Oval and Parklands. A cosmopolitan, inner-city lifestyle is certainly at the heart of your new residence.

Lovely Area very handy to town and has a lot of things going for it.I sometimes shop in the area and get my car serviced at the Nissan Dealer just down the road from the Metro Shopping Mall.

"Work and Leisure only minutes from the city"

Unley is a great little spot that would be worth millions more if it were in any other city. It's only 5 minutes from the city so you're not spending your life stuck in traffic.

Everything is available here, quiet streets, cafes and shops, parks and sporting facilities. It's safe and family friendly, with a great mix of people. I love it.

"One of the premier suburbs of Adelaide with good reason"

Close to the city with abundant public transport, cafes and restaurants this is one of the best places to live in Adelaide.
There is a wide range of housing available from large houses on large blocks, to row cottages, cottages and units so there is something for everyone.
There streets a tree lined and beautiful. There is reasonable
There are plenty of quality shops nearby to get everything you could need and if it’s not in Unley it will be in nearby Hyde Park, Parkside, Fullarton or the city.
There are plenty of parks and open spaces available as well.
In Unley there are a few nice pubs for a drink and a good selection of restaurants for a good meal.
Perfect for everyone. However, the price tag can be a bit much for many.

Lovely area.Chances are too if you can't get what you are looking for there. It's not far to either Burnside Village or Westfield Marion for shopping.

"A charming suburb with everything at your fingertips"

Beautiful Unley offers it all! A hotspot for professional couples, families and students alike, Unley offers a range of living options and all of the conveniences you need.

The homes in Unley range from large old homes with big gardens often with a swimming pool or tennis court, to modern executive townhouses, to cottages and townhouse blocks in need of renovation but great for cheap rent.

Running through the heart of Unley is Unley Road, which offers a large shopping complex with big supermarkets, great clothes shopping at the Metro and all of the other services you need including a huge medical practice (Fountain Corner) and post office.

Unley Road is also an excellent strip for drinking and dining. The off-beat Boho offers an edge burlesque vintage-chic pub experience, with good pub food and live music. There are a number of cafés offering Thai, Indian and Italian, and a few coffee bars for during the day too.

The Adelaide CBD is just minutes away by car, although Unley Road can hit gridlock at peak hour. There are frequent buses as well which will take you in to the heart of the city.

There are also a number of businesses located along Greenhill Road (on the northern end of Unley) and on Unley Road itself so you may not even need to head in to the city!

Flanked by the southern parklands, there are lots of sporting options in the region including soccer fields, hockey and cricket pitches, jogging tracks and even a BMX track. There are a number of schools nearby, including Walford (a private school for girls) and Unley Primary.
House prices are generally quite high, rents range from high (for executive living) to low (for student style accommodation), so you will be sure to find something to fit your style and budget.
