Bellotti Avenue

"Bellotti Avenue of Dreams"

When you are looking for an area that has everything Winston Hills has it. Bellotti Avenue also has everything you could ask for from a suburban street. At the bottom end of the street is the Chisholm Centre with it's perfectly clean bakery/cafe, take away shop, chemist, deli cafe & news agency. Another great asset at that end of the street is the local bus service which whisks you away to Parramatta or Castle Hill. At the top end of the street is the M2 which also has its own bus service and a stop which is accessible via Junction Road which crosses Bellotti. Lying in between is the avenue of dreams with its neat-looking houses and proudly maintained gardens, some of which were built back in 1967 as show homes for LJ Hooker. Delighting the occupants of Bellotti Ave are two lovely parks; one with a great child play area, the other with great trees and gardens and a long smooth path snaking its way through making it a great safe place for the young ones to ride their bikes away from the road and a lovely walk for your dog. While it sees some traffic at peak hours the street noise is not intrusive and neither is the traffic noise from the M2 a problem for residents of this street. One fantastic feature of this street is that it is comfortable walking distance in a westerly direction (1.2km) from the local award-winning and child-friendly pub & mainstream shops of Big W, Coles, Woolworths, Dick Smith, etc. but turn yourself around and walk in the other direction towards Churchill Drive and you find yourself quickly passing the fantastic Lions Club park with it's playground, skateboard ramp and BBQ facilities and you're shortly reaching the local bushland with some neatly cared-for tracks and more parks! There's nothing left to say but the area of Winston Hills and the Bellotti Avenue of Dreams is just such a great place to live. One where you can get lost in your own happiness.
