Chidlow

"A world away in the bush but so close to everything you need!"

Lots of great outdoor things to do, the parks and facilities are great, cater for all ages of children and people in the town. The people at the shops are really friendly and helpful and welcoming to new residents. the post office and newsagency is really well stocked and the staff are lovely. Out the front there is a great space to sit and say hello to other people!! there is a pub, local supermarket that also has a bottleshop and gifts, takeaways shop and butcher. I like living in Chidlow because it has all the things you need in the town, but not overrun with too much development. the drive to Mundaring, Midland and Perth I find is not too bad for the mornings, helps the Great Eastern Hwy is right there, run home sometimes a bit slow up Greenmount Hill. OVERALL I give Chidlow a big thumbs up

Great for

  • Affordable acreage and property
  • Outdoor opportunities
  • Proximity to city

West Moonah

"a great place for shopping and eating out!!"

The bike track is very close and makes walking easy and also great for kids and bikes. There are many playgrounds and green belt areas in West Moonah.
There are many hills in Moonah but the main shopping areas are flat and there are many carparks.

As the old tv advertisments said about Moonah 'You can get it all at Moonah, cos it's right up your street'!
