Elmo Avenue

"Central location, tree lined street, friendly neighbourhood."

Elmo Ave is tree lined street with character homes ranging from Triple fronted Tudors, Bungalows and Art Deco homes. Generous size blocks ranging from 800 to 1500 sq m.
The suburbs is positioned in a perfect central location to the CBD (approx 4 - 5 kms), Adelaide Hills and the Beach.
At one end of Elmo Ave, on Goodwood road there is the Woolworths and Big W shopping centre.
The transport facilities are exceptional at the other end of Elmo Ave with Llanfair parade leading to the Unley Park train station which is only 2 stops from North Terrace. On Sussex terrace there are buses that run approx every 7 mins that take you straight down King William Street to the CBD.
The local primary school, Westbourne Primary School is exceptional and has a great community spirit and high academic standard.
Westbourne park is a great place to go for a walk with the dog down the tree lined streets to the parks, oval or the public tennis courts and be greeted by friendly neighbours tending to thier gardens on a nice sunny afternoon.
