I lived in Seaford for 5 years now and it has been great. I live in Emanuel drive and I feel Neibours are friendly and the community around this area feels safe. I believe the suburb really changed alot in terms of safety during the 5 years. These days I see many people jogging and taking their dogs on a walk even at night time. I feel it is safe for me to raise my family here. I enjoy cycling to seaford station and beach which only takes around 7-10 minutes and on weekends I enjoy going to Bayside Shopping Centre for a dinner out with my family. Anyway I have had good experience here and hope it keeps getting better.
