"Quiet , peaceful and still affordable"
Good things:
Clean , Neat
Multicultural
Peaceful
Big houses and beautiful townhouses
No units buildings
Good parks
Good playgroups and childcare
Comes under blacktown city council
Still very affordable buying or lease wise
Great facilities at RSL
Things to improve:
Train Station needs elevator
A very good shopping centre needed though there is an easy access to Westfield and town centre of mount druitt
Medical centres need improvement decorum-wise
Overall very good suburb to live in.

- Large number of new residential construction
- Wide roads, peaceful and clean
- Parks
- Public Transport
- Houses with massive backyards
- Peaceful
- Still affordable
Not great for
- Train station needs elevator
- By road access to blacktown needs improvement and planning
- A good shopping centre is needed or at-least refurbish the existing one
- Needs more cafe's and nightlife
- Non Residents will advise you to stay safe from crime for no reason.
