Epping

"All is good but the the Council"

Epping used to be a good, quiet place to live. But now, it has been over run by terrible dog owners who has their dogs bark the whole night.
Around my house there are 6 houses which have dogs who goes on howling the whole night keeping the neighbourhood awake, but Council does not care.
But the Council apparently gets very annoyed if you paint the colour of your letter box of your choice instead of theirs- something which my neighbour faced the Council's wrath.
So you won't hear any support from them till election time for their fake promises, price hikes or if you sneeze off their schedule.
It is s TERRIBLE place to live with a terrible lazy council such as this one.
It's a shame that Epping is a beautiful place but run by idiots.

Great for

  • Medical facilities
  • Shopping
  • Schools

Not great for

  • Too many barking noise dogs throughout the night
  • Council does not respond to any help
  • Too much heavy handness in all other respect from Council
  • Bit of traffic in the morning on high street
  • No direct road/highway to the city unlike western suburbs tht have the westgate bridge
  • Increase in population but roads are the same size and the roundabouts dont help in the morning
  • Too many traffic lights

A lot of house with dog near my place as near the reserve but I could not hear a single bark. Must be hot day for you to hear that. Council seems very proactive with my request and email and I had no issue so far.

Barking noise must be on weekend and near the park. Oh dear wake up early and do some exercise Annie. Freeway? High st and Dalton Rd, M80. Soon you will have speed train to Sydney and Brisbane.

Speed train is good thing to boost the North. Northern Melbourne will soon be better than South-East and become second CBD
