Redneck country, with every hoon with loud motorbikes or trumped up cars out at evey hour of the day or night. Even the two main supermarkets have bad quality food because the people in the area don't know what quality IS! So it is not their worthwhile to stock anything better than the bottom of the pit.

This is a bit of old charm with established homes and many new and modern ones, amongst beautiful flora and fauna, chosen for the safety and peaceful minded neighbors, who are very considerate of others. The atmosphere is of well educated and cultural professionals (and some retirees), who enjoy the outdoors with their children. It is a happy environment and walking to the shops, schools (private and state), and train station is a must to make the best of it.
