Colonial Drive, Lawnton is like stepping into a little hidden hide away. It has a huge park area with football posts, a cricket pitch, BBQ area, and playground, perfect for families and get togethers with friends. Surrounded by well maintained homes, the majority have immaculately maintained gardens.
Pubilc transport is easy access with bus within a 2 min walk and the train station very close but not close enough to hear its noise. Just behind Colonial Drive there are still farming area, which is great for a stroll in the evening when you feel like a breath of fresh air. And on your way home if you need anything from the shops just across the road including a Foodworks, bottleshop, hairdresser, chinesse, fish and chips and right next door is a ABC child care centre great if you have littles.
There are some surrounding areas that are due for an update, and are maybe not as loved as Colonial Drive, but there also new and modern areas that give the rest a lift.

Colonial Drive is a great place for families, a quiet, safe and firendly street to live in....the best in Lawnton.
