St. James's location is excellent because it is near to city and all amenties. As new houses are around and new tenants in Home west, the living in St. James is good. More private sales of homes are increasing and good new families are moving in... so St. James is now deserve better reputation. As Karawara jumped 70% up when the property boom time, St. James has potential for investment. When the all those old houses are turning into new houeses, the area will shine as Karwara.

- As St. James price goes up, Homewest should sell the houses to private more than now.

zigbysam, not all homeswest people are bad, I suggest you have a walk around and get to know a few people..................I live here very happily thank you
Shame we can't move on the closed minded instead of the little old ladies minding their own business in homeswest properties.
Yet another obvious realtor comment! St. James will never lose it's well-deserved bad reputation until they get rid of all the Homeswest mess.
