Warrandyte

"Country city balance"

I really enjoy the balance between working in the city and living in the bush. I have chooks, a large garden on a bush block, parrots eat off the bird feeder outside my window, the frogs chorus every night and a pair of wild ducks rear their brood in the neighbors dam. The village hums with tourists on the weekend, but is otherwise quiet. The track by the river is a great place for walking the dogs and catching up with people, and the Warrandyte market is excellent. Schools are good, kids are great and people friendly.

Please pardon my ignorance but what does " bustiers a risk" mean? Are there goth girls squeezed into Outer/under wear threatening people in some way? Oris it almost impossible to resist the urge to spend all ones cash on nineteenth century unmentionables for ladies? Or what?
