Spring Farm
"Lovely area to live"
Really enjoy living in Spring Farm. Since its a brand new estate, everyone is really keen to look after there homes so its a clean and tidy neighbourhood. The land is small but I dont mind because there are plenty of walking tracks around, and as the area grows there will be a few more parks. Also only 8 minutes from the M5 and only 2 minutes from Narellan Town Centre which has plenty of shops and a cinema. Lots of schools nearby too. Love it!
Great for
- All new homes
- Young couples and families, very friendly
- Lots of nice poeple in area. Lots of potential with the area just a short stroll to beautiful Camden centre
Not great for
- Lack of bus services while the area is still developing
- Small blocks of land
- Still a lot of development going on
