Toogoom
"Plenty of rental accommodation"
Toogoom is a quiet leafy suburb that has sufferred terribly from the Global Financial Crisis. Past overinflated prices have caused a great ammount of financial pain and with the drop in values investors have sufferred great losses. Investment properties struggle to maintain tennants as there is an oversupply.

- Close to Hervey Bay
- Quiet

- Too much rental accommodation
- Poor market value
- Little to no employment opportunity
