Close to everything - easy access to so many places, including beach, freeway, local shops, etc.
A surprisingly quiet street; you can sleep in almost every weekend without being woken by lawn moving, dogs barking etc! Very little traffic noise, especially considering it's only one street back from Main Street and a couple streets back from Wanneroo Road. I have lived here and really loved it. There were a couple of dodgy houses on the street but nearly all have been replaced now. The building of new townhouses and villas in some of these blocks lifts the street as a whole.
