Carrington Street

"Carrington Street, River Heads, what's behind those trees?"

As you drive down Carrington Street you will find the Rural Fire Brigade and a couple of houses on the right and left, the street end's abruptly with a mass of beautiful trees and wildlife surrounding a large body of fresh water, (commonly known as a dam).

In amongst this private oasis is a home that fronts what's seen on the map as the North Esplanade, well there is No esplanade it doesn't exist! Sign posted for future development maybe but not there at the moment and no sign of it being there for a long time to come. It's a lovely nature strip that runs along the mangroved coastline of the beautiful shoreline of River Heads.

So behind those trees is a fantastic view of the Great Sandy Strait and Fraser Island, it's a magical place to live.

Banjine must be the owner of the property at the end of Carrington Street, who has been trying to sell it for at least 8 years to my knowledge. The property is a midge-infested swampy dump. (BTW you have to get into the property through a lane from Ferris Avenue)
