The clincher for this area is the new train line. It already had tremendous advantages - pretty good proximity to city, good bus transport, M2 motorway, major shopping centre, university, playing fields, national park, major employment areas nearby etc etc, but that train line now gives enormous new options for getting around without depending on choked Sydney roads. Throw in the new hospital and it's very hard to see how this area won't keep heading upwards.
