"Only minutes to all the amenities, yet rolling hills as far as the eye can see"

Beautiful country, great sized property. Excellent to have land but be so close to town and everything Beechworth and Stanley have to offer.

Finch Street

"Beautiful Tree lined street, so close to town."

One of the most beautiful streets in Beechworth, The street is really wide and is lined with beautiful old trees. Almost like something out of a fairytale! The street is dotted with bed and breakfasts, which adds to the charm, since these accommodations always look beautiful and welcoming. Only steps to town, Finch St is so close to everything. Convenient for shopping, or going out on the town.

"Fantastic Area, Beechworth is a place for 'Lifestyle Therepy!'"

Beechworth has a fantastic atmosphere, from the moment you arrive you can't seem to place your finger on it. Beechworth has something. Maybe its the glimmering gold rush heyday, The town's apperance hasn't modernised, it is largely unchanged since the late 1800's. There are no trafficlights, no flashing neon signs, no pollution, grime or crime. For many coming from the city its a welcome attitude adjustment! But far from being a desolate country town, Beechworth has a booming economy, businesses are fantastic, innovative and friendly! The only real corporate identity in town is the IGA, which can be a little challenging to find, a rather large supermarket is cleverly disguised. Remember when you are visiting though, keep an eye on parking limits, although there is no parking fee, there still are time limits in some areas. Over staying your 'welcome' could cost you a fine! If you haven't visited Beechworth, its definatly worth it. About 3 hours from Melbourne if you drive, only 30 mins from Wangaratta, Wodonga and Myrtleford. About an hour to Mt Buffalo. V-line will bring you straight to Beechworth.
