Keperra

"Quiet, Friendly, Close to Shops and City"

Keperra is definitely on the rise, property prices just keep rising rapidly. Many brand new builds going up as the blocks are flat and large - plenty of room for dogs and kids. Many renovations being undertaken as well. The friendliest neighbours I've had, people help out with garden/renovations, invitations for BBQs etc - really great. 2 of my neighbours are housing commission, but again they are great. The 2 local butchers are both great and cheap fruit and veg at the supafruita, and very close to Mitchelton and Ferny Grove Markets. There is a new cafe at the Dawson Parade and a bulk billing medical practice. Plenty of schools nearby.

Keperra is very quiet and peaceful and has many parks. After living in Mitchelton previously I prefer Keperra. The Great Western shopping centre has everything you could want including a large First Choice Liquor. It is very close to Brookeside centre at Mitchelton or Arana Hills Plaza for even more shops.

Proximity to the city is a big plus - main roads are great when compared with Stafford or Everton Park areas which is highly congested (no trains). Frequent train services (every 15 minutes) will get you to the city in just over 20min and you will get a seat unlike further down the line.

Keperra has Cable internet which is extremely fast (the same as NBN) - a major selling point for everyone being connected to the internet nowadays. Town gas is also a plus, no more pesky cylinder re-fills!

Bought my land off the Government which seems to be a trend for this suburb. Happy to be a home owner here - don't want to couped up in the oversupply of town houses/units in neighbouring suburbs!
