Penquite Road

"Lovely wide connecting street"

Penquite Road has some of the best private schools in Launceston, a great shopping district with Medical Centre, Chemist, Coles supermarket, Real Estate Office, Coffee shop, Commonwealth Bank , Award winning hairdressers, clothing shops a great pub and Thai Restaurant there is no reason to head to town. you will enjoy the vibrancy that this street has to offer

"Close to school"

This street is popular with families who have children attending the local schools, as they are within walking distance.
A mix of red brick from the 60's to homes built in the 80's, it is popular amongst young married couples as well

Built on the western side of the Tamar river, this suburb has some awesome views, great choice of schools, good shopping and a good golf course, tennis club and a new sports complex currently under construction

"Beautiful Leafy Newstead"

Fantastic suburb with plenty of beautiful leafy , quiet streets and cul-de-sacs. With good shopping including men and woman's fashion, craft, florists, award winning hairdressesr's, supermarket, newsagency, post office, doctors and chemists add to this, fantastic schools and all this a 5 minute drive from the cbd.
This is a sought after suburb
