Sunshine West
"Sunshine West heading in the right direction"
We bought in Sunshine West 4 years ago and have been very happy with our purchase. We were hesitant at first but once we moved in we loved it!! Neighbours are very friendly and helpful. The blocks are big so our kid can play and we have easy access to the Ring Road and the City!! At only 10kms from the city and still very affordable i dont think you can go wrong here. We are now looking for an investment property here.

Bobbs I am sincerly happy for you if you somehow managed to find a nice street in this suburb. For the masses who live and run small business here it has been a very different story with no hope in sight. Things are getting worse by the day. This is very obvious to myself and locals i have known for many years.
