Ottawa Crescent
"Pretty quiet; good neighbours; large park at bottom of street"
Development May 1989. Most houses built 1989-1990. Northern side (top) of street quite elevated. Street is actually a "way", not crescent (one entrance/exit, not two).
Good mix of young/not-so-young/families. Not many rentals. Most resident for many years.
Less than 14 kms from CBD. Best run in/out of city than any other artery. Easy access to anywhere via Reid, Roe, & Tonkin highways. Swan Valley nearby.
Nearest major shopping districts: Morley or Midland.
1km from Altone Park: major recreation centre (funded by both Swan & Bayswater Cities) with indoor heated pools, gymnasium, library, several ovals and 9-hole golf course.
Good footpath walking with both steep and level streets nearby.
Very under-rated decent suburb.
