Figbird Crescent

"Lucky Living - The 'Horseshoe' faces up!"

Figbird Crescent is a horseshoe shaped street that consists of approximately 40 homes. The homes are modern and designed with the sunshine coast conditions in mind, incorporating summer breezes and the warm winter sun. You'll be delighted by this family friendly street with the average allotment 700-750sqm. While most of the homes back onto a bush setting, (with only 2 neighbours), there is still an incorporated green space; kids play park approximately 200m away.

Tribulation Circuit

"Big and Beautiful"

Big and Beautiful homes reside in Tribulation cct and hold the best value of all the homes in Ranforest Sanctuary. This section is home to a number of families with the kids out playing in the streets while neighbours are hanging over the fence for a chat. Close to everywhere that Buderim has to offer, particularly transport and schools.

Atherton Close

"Rare as Hens Teeth"

Property coming up for sale in this Street (Close) is as rare as hens teeth and should be snapped up as soon as it comes to the market! A street full of beautiful homes with dreams being realised. As part of the Rainforest Sanctuary estate, its resale value is very high, as is the quality of people living in it.

Rainforest Sanctuary Drive

"Entry to the estate"

Rainforest Sanctuary Drive is the only entry and exit to the Rainforest Sanctuary estate (With homes ranging from about $500,000 up to $850,000). Close to Matthew Flinders and Sienna College, this street, although a thoroughfare, has some of the more modern homes in Buderim. Freeholds and non-pole homes on flat blocks is where the value increases. Public transport at the doorstep and neighbourhood watch already established. A nice big park up the top of the estate and play equipment compliments the estate of approximately 550 homes.

Great for

  • Modern Homes
  • High Resale value

Not great for

  • Only entry and exit to the estate

I live in the Rainforest Sanctuary and like 90% of residents consider the single entry/exit to the estate to be a distinct advantage to privacy and safety.

Fig Court

"Fig Trees and Rainforest"

I love this street. Towards the bottom of Cogill Rd, this street has some of the most typical and "cool" houses. The entry to the street gives you the sense you are entering a movie set with the fig trees creating an archway into the area. Stunning!
