Mandurah, almost a suburb of Perth with the new opening of the freeway south, township has good vision for the future growth of the region. Mandurah offers a relaxed life style with all water activities available, but still remains close enough to the Perth CBD in need for those requiring with business access.

Township was one of the fastest growth areas in the 2007, but has eased back as a result of the GFC, however with the continued urban sprawl between coastal regions and the Perth CBD properties are still far more affordable for the same "like type" properties with views in Perth.
