Torquay

"Seaside retreat for the young at heart"

A great seaside location at the start of the Great Ocean Road. With new estates like The Quay and The Sands, it's a maximum 20 minute walk from the edge of Torquay to the centre of town. With a good mix of seniors and young families this is an enjoyable place to live. With a natural beach and parks nearby you couldn't find a better location. Residents love to walk to the shops and restaurants so it is very safe.

Southport

"Perfect place to relax and enjoy your life."

Close to everything - Broadwater, Shopping, Restaurants, Hospital, Walking and Bike Paths, Events Lawn, Playgrounds, etc. Great for Retirees and Couples, Pet Friendly, Bike friendly. Wonderful for picnics or barbeques. Living on the Broadwater is fantastic, with the best views on the coast and everything within walking distance. The Meriton complex have the best apartments in Southport and the lightrail will have a stop right out front, so you won't need a car.
