This suburb used to be invested as dorm area for MQ students. This is the main reason why this area's unit/apartment prices so high with big difference to its real value.

This place with good parks like lane cove national etc. And people do enjoy recreation life here, but the public transport will rely on several bus lines and you need change train at MQ or Epping station which will add extra cost to you.

This place is poor for the mobile signal reception, only Telstra's customer can get high quality signal. And this place does not have interesting places to eat in.

There is nothing like BH to live in just like there is nothing like Australia to be. This is a quiet and safe place for people who always enjoy Australian famliy life.

You get everything for you to raise a young here with very nice neighbourhood. And also because Baulkham Hills is the convergence point of three main roads, the public transport is also good enough for people travel to City, Castle Hill and Parramatta (but not good enough for people who are working in Lower North Shore area).

You get the local shops in the stockland mall include Harris Farm, Green and Red Groceries (Coles and Woolworth) etc. It is very convinent for retiree do not want drive to shops.

And also the most important thing for young couples want raise a family here is the primary education is better than most subsurbs in Sydney area.
