Berripa Close

"Perfect street to raise a family"

Berripa Close is a relatively young street with modern & established family homes. A majority of the street consists of generously sized family homes, most double story.

North Ryde & Berripa Close itself is has a great neighbourhood spirit - most of the neighbours know one another by name and regularly interact with each other. There are great options when it comes to eating out with Coxs Rd a nearby cafe precinct. If you step a little further away, you have Macquarie Centre and Top Ryde City shopping centres all within 5-10mins drive.

Traffic is hardly a problem with nice wide streets. Berripa Close is extremely safe and sound, clean & green and near to parks (a minutes' walk) and parking is a breeze.

As mentioned above, shopping options are plenty with Macquarie Centre 5-10 minutes away as well as the new Top Ryde City Shopping Centre. It's also close to Chatswood (Westfield & Chase) as well as Rhodes Shopping Centre. Coxs Road & Mall is ideal for a friendly cafe atmosphere.

Berripa Close is peaceful and quiet, and has ample access to parks and tracks as well as a few local gyms.

Public transport options are vast - with numerous bus lines running to and from the city along Epping Road & Victoria Road. The newly built railway stations at Macquarie University, North Ryde & Macquarie Park are more than adequate to get to the city.

There are lots of good schools in the area - whether you're looking for primary or secondary - or even tertiary with Macquarie University no more than 15minutes away by car.

Over all a great suburb.
