"Country living while in the CBD"

This is an awesome street to live in. Its very quiet. Loads of forest all around, lots of sunshine, heaps of indigeous flora & fauna but in less than 3 min by car you are in the Gosford CBD. If you decide to walk instead of drive you can get to Blue Tongue stadium or along Brisbane Water Drive in 25 minutes, or walk to the CBD in 20 minutes. The real beauty is that this street is protected from all the traffic & sounds of the CBD by Rumbulara Reserve so when you are home its like living in the country & it seems that 'civilization' is a long way away - but its not.

In terms of local ozzie animals - we have wallabies, enchidnas, bearded dragons, bandicoots, possums, lyre birds, brush turkeys & a huge range of bird life.

It also has excellent access of medical centres, a private hospital, specialists etc - when I was unable to drive, I could walk to every medical service I needed - the furthest being 20 minutes away by foot.

If its schools you are after, you just can't go wrong with a choice of primary schools in 2km radius & a top-notch selective high school about 20 minutes on foot.
