Very lively Town, lot of sports and recreational areas, Swimming Pool, 3 nearby Shopping Centres, Local Shops open till late

Great for

Plenty of markets within short distance.
Surrounded by larger city services of Springvale,Dandenong & Keysborough.
Train Service, frequent as 2 lines go through.
Great facilities, aquatic centre, parks, sports ovals
Authentic take away food. indian, chinese etc

Not great for

Knockdown houses will phase out slowly as builders are moving in
