This is a family friendly street, where the neighbours are friendly and there if you need them.
At Christmas, the street holds an open Christmas Party - a great time to meet people! And at Easter the neighbours put on an Easter Egg hunt for the Children.
There is an open park in the street for families to kick the footy, and paths for dog walking and bike riding.
There is a Nandos a two minute walk away (with a bus stop out the front) for a quick bite to eat and Mentone is five minutes away which provides a great beach, lots of shops, a train station, and lots of schools - State, Catholic and Private. Southland Shopping Centre is a two minute drive away - There is a primary school, kinder and Golf Course which has direct access from the Heath Estate and you can walk to all of these.
Within a two minute drive you can find great childcare (Pelicans) and really good Gym and swim centre (Star Fitness) and a Medical Centre.
With lots of parks on the Heath Estate, there is lots of outdoor activities to do!
