"Ideal for families."
It is a great suburb, with a freeway that takes you to the city in 35 minutes and the new peninsula freeway will take you to the south of the peninsula in 15 minutes!.
Plenty of day care and schools(public and private), two small shopping centers, and the beach is just 5 minutes away!!. Beutiful seaford beach, carrum beach, or Frankston beach.
A community center and a library.
Teenagers are a problem with anti-social behaviour, but then again, it happens in all suburbs, it is more a concil actitude on wanting to do something about it. There will be a new police station this year.
Huge potential for growing prices.
