I have been living here in past 6 months, not a bad suburb. Close to the city; takes less than 1/2hr to get there by train or car.

Downside is, hard to find good restaurants and cafes around. The shopping strip along Ballarat Rd needs some attention. Sort of boring shops. Also lack of entertainment and recreational facilities.

Not many large trees beside streets, it is good to have some trees to avoid scorching heat in the summer.
If the council and the community recognise deficiencies and develop the area, there will capital growth for sure.
