Crick Street

"Great lower north shore family lifestyle with all the conveniences of the city"

Crick street is widely regarded as one of the premier streets in the lower north shore suburb of Chatswood. Located on the popular east side of the Pacific Highway, it is attractive because of its quiet leafy environment and beautiful federation houses, many of which have been lovingly renovated in recent years. It offers an idyllic family environment within easy level walking distance of the ever popular Beauchamp park (a centre for local community sporting events, family picnics, and dog walking in the off-leash dog park), restaurants, cafes and convenience stores of Penshurst street, Victoria Avenue and Willoughby High Street, as well as the cinemas, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, medical centres and shopping precinct of Chatswood.

Crick street is within easy walking distance of several international standard shopping malls (Westfield, Chatswood Chase, Mandarin Centre, Lemon Grove) yet it is far enough from the action to retain the suburban family environment of the lower north shore. Crick street and the surrounding area is an established family area consisting of beautiful federation houses.

Crick street is ideal for families being a quiet leafy street with large beautiful houses. There is an abundance of excellent public and private schools including Roseville College, Roseville public school, Roseville primary school, Roseville pre-school, Willoughby girls high school, Willoughby Public School, Chatswood public school, Chatswood high school, St Pius X college amongst many others. Chatswood is served by one of the highest concentration of leading medical and dental specialists in Australia. The numerous hospitals in the region include Royal North Shore hospital, North Shore Private Hospital, Dalcross Hospital amongst many others

Crick street affords rapid access to the business and commercial centres of Sydney including the CBD, North Sydney and Chatswood city. It is a 15 minute drive to the CBD. It is superbly located next to public transport with numerous local buses and rail links (including the newly refurbished and expanded Chatswood train station) to the CBD, Balmoral beach and the Northern beaches.

Walking distances from Crick street:

Bus stop for CBD buses: 5 minutes walk
Penshurst street shops: 6 minutes walk
Beauchamp park and off-leash dog park: 7 minutes walk
Coles supermarket: 10 minutes walk
Willoughby high street shops/cafes: 13 minutes walk
Chatwood shopping centre (Victoria Ave/Archer street junction): 14 minutes walk
Cinema: 16 minutes walk
Chatswood rail station: 19 minutes walk

Driving times:
Sydney CBD: 17 minutes

The vibe is very much a suburban family vibe with all the convenience of city living right on your doorstep.
