Concord

"A perfect place to live, no matter your age"

Concord is near the demographic centre of the greater Sydney Metropolitan area, near the M4 (now Toll free) providing fast and easy access to Penrith and Blue Mountains, or via the M4/Cumberland Highway to the outer Western Suburbs. To the Airport via King Georges Rd and the M5 it takes just 40 minutes and the same to Liverpool.

Nearby are Public Golf Courses like Massey and Barnwell Park and the Prestiges Concord Golf Club, one of the finest in Sydney (established 1899). There are plenty of Parks among them the large and very popular Bi-Centennial Park, Queen Elizabeth Park and Cabarita as well as Bayview Park. There are Tennis facilities, Boating ramps and a couple of Marinas, several Private as well as Public Schools.

The City is only 15 minutes (weekends) away, yet local Restaurants are in abundance, ranging from several Thai, Nepalese, Indian, Brazilian, Italian, Lebanese to Maroccan as well as the traditional Fish and Chips and Chinese, as well as Pizza Places. No need to go anywhere just rotate locally. Have lived in Concord for over 40 years and love it.
