I enjoy living in Paradise, especially because of the lovely Thorndon Park reserve. It's well kept, and a real asset to the community. There's also Linear Park, which I enjoy cycling along. I've noticed that the older and more rundown houses are starting to get demolished now, and lovely new homes are getting built. I think Paradise is just starting to become a bit more prestigous now, and given another 3 - 5 years it's going to be even more desirable. It's been good to see the Coles and Woolworths complex at Newton get upgraded.
