Mascot

"Starting to love to live in Mascot"

When I first move in to Mascot 3 years ago and thought the place was too quiet with not enough living around.

3 years on lots of residential development have come up. Attracted a lot of city and airport workers living in the area. Love Bourke St Bakery, SPAR is just within foot steps, restaurants and cafes are aIl nearby, Childcare centres are close by, Airport line is within 5 mins walk to train station, 2 train stops to Central via city circle.

I used to pay $48 a week on train to work at North Sydney, now I only pay $31 a week including all stops to city circle.

Just love this place more so everyday.

Great for

  • Train fare to the city is very reasonable now.
  • Shops are close by, SPAR, Bourke St Bakery, restaurants and cafes etc.
  • Beach is not too far
  • It is in the easter suburbs and still cheap for what you get
  • Train, bus and roads to city, M5 are all good.

Not great for

  • Occasionally hear a plane or two
