Exmouth

"Great Investment opportunities with holiday bonus"

We have a few properties in Exmouth. One we bought when the market was just on a growth spurt and one we bought at the height of the boom. We rent them out as holiday homes and have the bonus of making money from them, plus being able to holiday in them whenever we want.
We get at least 20-30 weeks a year holilday rental and then we stay in our homes for maybe 10 weeks of the year flying up from Perth whenever we are able to get away.
Exmouth is a great town to holiday in if you like fishing, boating, hiking, beach nothingness, snorkelling, diving, or just getting some warmth into your bones when it is cold in the south. There is so much to do you can never get bored. But it depends of course on your expectations. If you are looking for a tourist town 'like Broome' then Exmouth is not for you. No glitze... no fancy shops or restaurants. But it has everything you actually 'need' from a town and it has great low key restaurants, plenty of choice for accommodation and so much nature to keep you occupied.
Of course I would always choose a holiday home to stay in as your freedom and privacy is guaranteed and the cost is lower than hotel prices. But the choice is yours.
As far as house prices go...the sooner you get into the market the better. Nothing in Exmsouth is getting cheaper.

Good afternoon my partner and I are relocating to Exmouth for work in January, would you have any places to rent out.
Thank you Monique
