Hi there! My name is Corinne Bramwell and as many of the residents in Brinsmead know I walk regularly in the suburb with my two Dashis, Soda and Dodi. I mention them because Soda is very much a part of my Real Estate advertising campaign!

On December 1st I listed 18 Banning Avenue for sale in the low $400's and by December 7th we had a contract, by the 9th it was unconditional. Santa was able to visit the owners in their new home and the vendors were very happy with the price of $410,000.
No advertising costs, cash contract and a quick settlement- you have to agree this is a great story.
