Sanderling Street

"Lived here 17 years & no complaints so far."

We built in this street in 1990 and find it a great place to live. Typical suburban area, friendly neighbours [ although not in your pocket ], close to shops & conveniences [ if you have no car for any reason you can walk to corner shopping centre in 5 min, or Woolworths in about 15 to 20 min ]. Local bus stops at each end of the street. Medical centre 3 blocks away, 1 child care centre at end of street, another 2 child care centres both 2 blocks away in different directions. Talara Primary College 3 blocks away. Relatively quiet street, a couple of barking dogs near us, although they are getting older and won't have the energy to bark for too much longer. There are a few properties now that have been sold and are now rental properties, and there hasn't been any problem with tenants, so far. Also there are 3 Parks located within a block or two of the street. Dicky Beach is only a short drive away, or a comfortable 20 min walk. There are more local shops located at Dicky Beach, along with the Surf Club which is a great local spot for meals and drinks.
