"nice but too far from town"
Sandgate has been great but we are moving cause travel to city is too long

- Too far from town
- Has become too expensive
- Very old housing

City is fun sometimes, but unfortunately during the summer months, I know where I would rather live! Yep, beside the sea, where I can catch all day breezes and not be stuck inside under an air conditioner.

Hello Sandgate people. We are looking to move to Sandgate. Wondering how is trade work around the town. Ie. plumber be welcomed? And are the shops reasonable to rent for business? Thanks in anticipation.
