Absolutely love Kogarah Bay! Especially Carlton Crescent which runs along one of the best stretches of Sydney's waterfront with amazing houses all the way along. Also a very friendly and safe area :)

We lived in Rivervale for some time and watched it become the centre hub of Perth... It's now the central Riverside suburb with great proximity to the city, the airport, shops, and the new stadium.

It's a safe and friendly area - the welcoming nature of the locals is a huge Plus. Everything is convenient from here, and all so close. Our neighbours are fly-in / fly-out residents so it's nice and quiet almost all through the week. Love walking along the Riverfront (I'd recommend renting or buying in a property as close to the Riverfront as possible since that's the nicest part of the suburb)

Definitely my favourite part of Perth since it has the most overall positives. Good for families, couples and singles as well :)

Trinity Beach is such an amazing place... We fell in love with it almost immediately and decided that we had to spend some time and live there :) I can't explain what a nice feeling it is to see the beautiful beach and enjoy the friendliness of the locals and the calm/tranquil feel of the area. There are shops near by, a bar for a bit of night life (however if you want a huge nightlife scene then don't stay in Trinity Beach - stay in Cairns)

The water is amazing, the people are so friendly, and you feel safe at any time of the day or night. BY FAR - the best part of the Cairns area :)

We lived in Coomera for many years, absolutely loved the location... Close enough to the beaches to make a trip on a nice sunny day, and far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle. We also found that it's very easy to get to Brisbane when needed since it's only 1 min from the highway north. One of the best schools in the state is in Coomera, so is the local shopping centre. The people here are the BIG Plus... very friendly and considerate.

Also the kids LOVE the fact that it's so close the dreamworld, we walk there on weekends sometimes when they give the local people in Coomera free passes :) They got to see the big brother house too. We fell in love with Coomera, we rented a nice 3 bedroom townhouse here which was very convenient (on Beattie Road)

Sylvania is Fantastic! Within a few weeks of living there you realise how great it is in terms of location and proximity to great shopping, beach, schools, and it's excellent with transport, and of course has nice parks and a waterfront area. It's my favourite part of Sydney now
