Bonnet Bay

"A beautiful area to live amongst the trees and along the Woronora river"

Bonnet Bay is a beautiful suburb tucked away on the banks of the Woronora River. Lot's of lovely homes, tree filled streets, a sunny position, great views and some fantastic waterfronts, lots of lovely parks, great local shops and a lovely primary school, tucked away, but close to Miranda Fair, Cronulla Beach, Restaurants of Gymea and Cronulla with Sydney City only a shorty drive away.

Menai

"A great family friendly area with the convenience of shops, schools, parks & restaurants at your door"

Menai is a great family friendly area to live with a great selection of homes to choose from. Mainly new style of homes as Menai is a fairly new suburb. The homes are all looked after, have lovely gardens and lawns, there are pathways in all the streets and bicyle paths linking the area with lovely parks throughout.

The Shopping Centre is great with all your needs there with a woolworths, big w, fruit shops, florist, butcher, deli and great speciality shops specialising in footwear and clothing.

Lots of great restaurants are situation in Menai and there is also Club Menai which has regular entertainment and a great bistro.

Fantastic schools to choose from, Menai has everything to offers, feels young, clean and vibrant.

Overall a lovely place to live and raise your family, retire or starting out.

Woronora

"A Beautiful Valley with a River Running Through It - A Hidden Paradise"

I am truely blessed to have found this stunning Village called Woronora River and to have made it my home for the past 20 years. A stunning little valley, a village, a peaceful river, surrounded by bush and parkland, tucked away from the hussle and bussle of Sydney, but close enough to enough to Sydney and everything it has to offer.

Selling Real Estate in the place I love has been a truely pleasant experience, it's not hard to talk the buyers into living in such a beautiful area. There is a diversity of homes ranging from small riverside cottages, bush cottages, architectual designed stunners and simply amazing waterfront masterpieces.

Everything Woronora has to offer:

- The River - canoeing, swimming, boating, kayaking, safe sandy beaches
- Beautiful Parks
- Bush Walks
- Local RSL Club with Beer Garden and Restaurant - Very Quaint
- Fantastic local Thai Restaurant
- Riverside Cafe - Excellent for Breakfast and Lunch (Great Chicken Burgers)
- The Star BoatShed - hire boats / canoes / cafe / B&B / nice for coffee and breakfast on the terrace
- Local Primary School - Small, Friendly
- Boat Ramp -
- Prince Edward Park Beach - great for the kiddies
- Local Life Saving Club - Nippers on the River every Sunday
- Local Playing Fields - Soccer / Cricket by the river

Once you discover Woronora, you will never want to leave.
