This is a fantastic place to live for so many reasons, lots of parks, access to public facilities, more and more shopping options and access to beaches, wineries and the hinterland only 20-40 mins drive away.
On the other hand, if your planning to commute by car to Brisbane then be prepared for regular 20+ km tailbacks. If you are hoping to enjoy your lovely back garden then be prepared to be bitten by mozzies for 4-6 months of the year.
The council is forward thinking and the 2 issues above are being actively improved but it won't be better for a number of years.
